Your Role:
As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating and executing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage the community, and drive key marketing goals. From creating compelling content to experimenting with new ideas, you'll play a key role in building a loyal brand presence and help our future business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and drive brand visibility
* Content Creation: Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for multiple platforms, ensuring it resonates with our audience.
* Account Management: Manage and grow our social media accounts. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
* Community Engagement: Monitor social media conversations, interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal community.
* Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and innovative.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Your Skills:
* Experience in creating, implementing and managing a social media strategy.
* Proven ability to grow new followers.
* Proven ability to build an engaged community of followers.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. (find different ways to solve problems / achieve results)
* Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Preferably obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
