A day in the life As our Aggregator and Affiliates Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and Gross Written Premium (GWP) from aggregators (Price Comparison Websites) and affiliates. You’ll manage these partnerships day to day, taking a test-and-learn approach to offers and discounts to understand their true impact, while keeping a close eye on the competitor landscape and identifying any product gaps or tweaks we need to stay ahead. You understand the unique dynamics of aggregator and affiliate channels and how they differ from a direct-to-consumer approach. You know that success comes from finding the perfect balance of proposition, pricing, and product: driving high-quality traffic while maximising growth. Highly commercial and data-driven, you’re comfortable diving into the numbers daily to spot opportunities, make smart, incremental changes, and drive big results. You’re also a strong advocate, working closely with stakeholders to secure the resources needed to make things happen. Your responsibilities Own new business sales and GWP target for the aggregators channel, setting a clear strategy per aggregator to drive growth. Own the affiliates channel as an efficient traffic driver and conversion channel, including testing new models to drive incremental growth. Manage reporting on aggregator and affiliate performance to the wider business, providing clear insights into what is driving any deviation from forecast. Identify opportunities for product or proposition changes—such as pricing gaps, proposition gaps, or new product features—and work with internal stakeholders to build effective business cases for quick implementation. Ideate and implement promotions on aggregator and affiliate channels to maximise sales and drive customer engagement. Understand the levers that drive aggregator performance and ensure our proposition is optimised to capture high-quality traffic from these channels. Represent the aggregator and affiliate channels in internal change programmes, ensuring their unique dynamics are considered in strategic decisions. Develop strong relationships with key aggregator and affiliate partners, ensuring ManyPets remains a preferred brand for pet insurance. Negotiate commercial agreements with aggregators and affiliates to drive cost-effective customer acquisition. Work closely with the pricing, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between channel strategy and overall business goals. Keep a close eye on competitor activity within aggregator and affiliate channels, identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen our market position. Test and refine different approaches to messaging, creative, and pricing strategies within aggregator and affiliate channels to improve conversion rates. Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met across all aggregator and affiliate partnerships. Regularly review and optimise tracking, attribution, and reporting methodologies to improve data accuracy and decision-making. Continuously look for innovative ways to grow the aggregator and affiliate channels, staying ahead of industry trends and customer behaviour shifts. Your skills and experience Experience in aggregator (price comparison website) – ideally within insurance. Experience with pricing and promotional strategies – understanding how to optimise offers to improve conversion and profitability. Able to collaborate cross-functionally and secure buy-in from teams such as pricing, product, and marketing. Understanding of digital marketing and acquisition channels – knowledge of SEO, paid media, or conversion rate optimisation is a plus. Clear communication skills – you’re able to present insights and strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of attribution models and tracking methodologies – experience with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms, or marketing attribution software. Confident in analysing performance metrics, spotting trends, and making data-backed decisions. The interview process This position has a three-step interview process, which will be held via Zoom. Stage 1 – an informal meeting with our People team. We’ll explain more about the role and how your experience matches up with what we need. Stage 2 – you’ll meet two of our managers in the team, including the Head of Trading. This will be a longer interview up to an hour and we’ll ask you some competency questions. Stage 3 – we’ll share a take-home task for you to bring with you and present back. You’ll meet our Director of Trading and CMO for this step.
