The Role and Responsibilities
This role will work closely with our Quality Improvement Manager and provide expertise on non-conformities, audits, tender process, continuous improvement and business process optimisation. You will provide regular updates on KPIs to business leaders whilst helping to drive future improvement with guidance and leadership. This may involve supporting our managers with client interaction, document creation and root cause analysis.
The Requirements
As a Quality professional we are keen to see you demonstrate your knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, API Q1), relevant adjacent standards (e.g. ISO 10000 series) and relevant associated auditing standards (e.g. ISO 19011). As well as knowledge of, and experience in, continuous improvement disciplines (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, etc).
Experience of creating and implementing quality / process standards, material control and non-conformity management are also essential.
In addition, you may be chartered / certified, have Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt but these are not essential.
