Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support across HR, Marketing, and Governance functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records management.
2. Assist in the preparation and processing of documentation related to HR and business operations.
3. Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
4. Help maintain accurate files and information systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
5. Provide general office support, including managing correspondence and maintaining office systems.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement administrative projects.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
5. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.

7. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
