Interim HR Business Partner, North West, c£70,000, plus car allowance and excellent benefits, 12 month fixed term contract.
Our client is a highly successful, International business with a great success story, wonderful values and real ambitions for continued long term growth. As a result of recent change, they are now looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting into the People Director and forming part of a fabulous People team, you will support a specific business area, ensuring they have robust processes and systems to build a strong leadership and talent capability in each function while supporting all HR and development initiatives around talent management, succession planning, performance management, and engagement.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, taking the lead on a variety of HR projects including OD, restructuring, and transformation, while driving cultural change and developing management capability. This is a generalist role that will involve working both operationally and strategically to anticipate future trends while liaising with the wider HR community to implement programmes that enable the business to continue to prosper.
An experienced business partner with a positive and energetic approach, you have a successful track record of building highly effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels and will ideally have gained your experience within a fast-paced, commercial, customer-driven environment. This is a multi-site role and therefore will involve an aspect of travel.
