The responsibilities of this SEND Teaching Assistant role includes: Provide 1-1 and small group support to children with SEND across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Support children SEND including Autism, ADHD, ASD, Communication and Interaction difficulties, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour, and other SEND needs. Collaborate with SENCo, Class Teachers, and Outside Agencies to create and implement individualized learning plans. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that enables children to thrive. Required Skills and Experience: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Previous UK school experience, particularly in supporting children with SEND. Knowledge and experience working with children who have SEND. Experience working in Pupil Referral Units (PRU), Alternative Provision (AP), SEND/SEN Hubs, or Special Schools is highly desirable. Ability to collaborate effectively with Class Teachers, SENCo, and Outside Agencies to support individual needs.
