Band 6 MOD Practice Nurse

Dream Medical are working with the MOD and have an exciting opportunity for a practice nurse to gain experience within the Ministry Of Defence. This is a full-time post for a band 6 nurse and the sessions are 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday.
You will be based in a fast-paced base in Devon covering:
1. Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Hypertension, Spirometry)
2. Cervical Cytology
3. Adult immunisations and injections (B12, flu vaccines)
4. Ear Irrigation
5. Leg Ulcers, Wounds & Dressing
6. Smoking Cessation
7. Venepuncture
8. Healthy Living Advice
You must:
* Be NMC registered with a valid pin
* Be able to provide clinical updates for all skill sets mentioned
* Have an Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
This role offers a lucrative rate of pay that is paid on a weekly basis as well as a one-to-one consultancy.
