PA Responsibilities
* Answering telephone calls calmly and professionally
* Working with a busy MD on anything from high level tender documents/timeline-driven paperwork, to arranging flights/hotels and multiple travel plans at short notice
* Meet and greet visitors to Head Office premises
* General administration duties
* Highly proactive and responsive diary management
* Organising and planning internal and external meetings and seminars, to include coordinating agendas and papers
* Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, including the acquisition of visas or other associated travel documentation.
* Ad hoc duties
* Tender submissions for the MD working to tight deadlines
* Always promote teamwork and co-operation
* Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect.
* To undertake any such reasonable additional tasks as are deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
Property Management
* Manage the portfolio of properties for the MD. Other holiday or residential letting agencies, on listing sites.
* Property Management, liaising with letting agents, contractors, council, and utilities and organising maintenance
* Act as liaison between tenants and contractors
* Dealing with maintenance issues and instructing approved contractors
* Respond to tenant queries / complaints as required and ensure that any problems are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
