We are looking for someone with experience of working within a customer service function with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent understanding of the principles of good customer care. This is an amazing opportunity for a capable and passionate person who understands both nature and people. The role also has some line management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Processing calls and emails and greeting visitors.
2. Using initiative to handle and manage difficult situations.
3. Providing assistance to the wider team and ensuring first-rate administrative support.
4. Organising and administering some of our internal events.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Experience and strong knowledge of using databases and Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent organisation and administration skills.
3. Great attention to detail and teamwork skills.
