What you'll do As the Implementation Manager at Sainsbury's within the Logistics Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in successfully implementing new systems and tools to depots, enabling a multiyear programme to replace Sainsbury's Food WMS across the network. You will be accountable for managing the full implementation lifecycle, from identifying success criteria and stakeholder engagement to coordinating training plans and resources for effective change adoption. Working closely with business operations and Sainsbury's Tech teams, you will identify implementation options, prioritise rollout plans, and ensure a successful delivery while demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex system implementations across multi-site warehouse operations.
