About the role
This role reports to the Senior PR Manager who is based at 100 Victoria Embankment, London. You are required to be office based 2 days per week at a minimum.
This will be a critical role to the successful launch of Dove’s latest Personal Care innovations – further building the brands beauty credentials via the critical channel of PR/Comms and social influencers.
* The Dove Others Say team is looking for PR & Influencer Marketing experts to drive the ‘Others Say’ vision for its iconic brands.
* This is an exciting, varied WL2A manager role for a digital native with a history of delivering social-led campaigns.
* Critical to this role is a deep understanding of social media and creator marketing.
Responsibilities include
* Design & implement data-led Social-first PR and Creator Marketing strategies.
* Creating a yearly global integrated communications plan for our top 5 markets.
* Partnering with the Dove Masterbrand marketing teams on their campaigns.
* Building relationships with and ensuring success in the priority 5 markets.
* Developing and keeping brand statements up to date.
* Leading cohesive PR and influencer measurement and reporting at the global level.
* Risk and Reputation management.
* Running global events/brand experiences that drive mass talkability.
* Lead agility and always-on hijacking of trends for key markets.
* Support with analysis and measurement of communication effectiveness.
* Drive thought leadership building out briefings, talking points, and storytelling for key Dove stakeholders.
* Assist with the management of the team budget.
