Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are recruiting for a Scribe for our match and event days here at Anfield Stadium.
As a scribe, you are responsible for inputting incidents that occur during stadium events onto an online system. You will be positioned in various locations at each event. Stadium staff will report to you with details of various incidents and issues, and where appropriate, you will then record these onto the online system.
What will you be doing?
1. Responsible for proofreading, reviewing, and if needed, revising the incident report before this is put on the system.
2. Required at times to pull information off the system to give to supervisory stewards if needed.
3. To develop good working relationships with all different roles and positions across the stewarding operation.
4. Versatile and able to adapt to different working paces.
5. Expected to keep all information that you receive confidential.
6. Desirable experience includes correct recording in detail of important incidents/information onto an online system.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for applicants who can extract and record information from colleagues accurately and can work efficiently in high-pressure environments. We require you to be well presented, friendly, approachable, and have an eye for detail. You must be able to work using your own initiative.
Applicants who do not already possess a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety will be offered the qualification and MUST engage in the training within their first season to continue to be offered work as a Scribe.
In roles which require serving alcohol or safety positions, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over.
