Lifted Entertainment is committed to increasing the diversity of its workforce and we strongly encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds. ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from Deaf, Disabled and neurodivergent people. As a Disability Confident Leader, if you meet the minimum criteria (as listed above) and you have declared that you are disabled, your application will go to the next stage of the process (although please note, there may be a few exceptions where we are not able to take all eligible candidates to the next stage due to the volume of applications).
We're happy to discuss any support/personalisation you may need during the process, as part of our reasonable adjustments.
While we would love to reply to everyone, we can only contact those who are shortlisted so please do not email or message our team directly as we will be unable to respond. We are also only able to give feedback to those who make it through to the final stage of the process unfortunately due to volume.
Best of luck!
