Change / Readiness Manager
West Midlands Based (hybrid)
6 month contract - Inside IR35 - £750 a day
I am looking for a Change / Readiness consultant to join my client, a leading London Market insurer. Previous insurance / financial service experience (as well as the below) are required for this position.
Experience required:
* Hands-on approach to work
* Experience in drafting key SOW for deliverables
* Ability to follow delivery leads and guide them on the process
* Experience in drafting communications as well as delivery
* Innovative thinking to combine workstreams and communications
* Identify the right stakeholders to build readiness plans
* Build a 5-plan communications strategy and deliver
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Key areas of delivery include:
o Stakeholder analysis
o Readiness alignment
o Implementation plan
o Post-implementation plan
o Workbench Gpaz
* Managerial level experience preferred
* Will work across 5 delivery leads without coordinating at the same time
