What this job involves: We are seeking an experienced communications & administrative lead to oversee contract management processes and drive team engagement through communication. This is a key role providing professional administrative support to the global leadership team of a key client account. We are looking for someone to work closely with the global leadership team in driving a people engagement strategy, following JLL account management governance processes and coordinating the delivery of reporting to the client team across multiple workstreams. Role and Responsibilities: CORE DELIVERABLES Leading and overseeing the global administration team, providing guidance and mentorship. Supporting the Global Account Director in driving action across the leadership team. Working with the global leadership team to develop and implement a people engagement strategy for our teams Support people survey follow up – actions and communication required by the business lead Ensure input and promotion of employee recognition programs Support talent reviews and succession planning Promote a sense of belonging amongst the team leaning into and signposting to our business resource groups as appropriate Ensuring JLL account management deliverables are met through the Global Account Management Essentials programme on the Momentum platform. Scheduling support, diary management, travel booking & expenses administrative duties. Providing relevant service delivery information and administration support to the account team as required. Supporting the Global Governance, Performance and Risk lead with performance controls and reporting in line with account governance across multiple workstreams. Assuring compliance with JLL policies, procedures and standard practices. Setting up, maintaining, organising and controlling JLL central files, information, data, reports etc. Entering system data and providing the overall system administration across multiple platforms. Formatting and processing documents to be sent to clients and preparing high quality slide decks for board meetings and department wide review meetings using Word and PowerPoint Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, in particular other assistants to senior JLL staff across the business. Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information. Facilitate effective communication flows between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, prioritising emails, and drafting and editing correspondence on behalf of the leadership team. Working with the operations and BI team to combine data and storytelling, driving insight and action from our reporting, presentations and communications. PERSONAL COMPETENCIES, ATTRIBUTES & KNOWLEDGE Strong communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Highly developed project management skills with impeccable attention to detail. Exceptional computational & analytical skills: ability to build data-driven decks and communicate data insights in a crystal-clear way. Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies. Independent worker with a proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritise workload.
