THE ROLE
1. Manage a book of SME accounts across a number of industries.
2. Quoting, slip preparation & renewal processing.
3. Portal and open market placement.
4. Negotiation, presentation of renewal terms and providing specialist advice.
5. Build rapport with clients, underwriters and other stakeholders servicing by phone and over email – there are no sales in this role.
