The Role
As HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team and oversee the full employee lifecycle. This role offers a 50/50 split between strategic HR initiatives, such as talent development, engagement, and succession planning, and operational HR delivery, including payroll, IR, systems, and compliance.
You’ll work across a dynamic, complex environment and manage a wide HR remit, including:
* Designing and executing HR strategy
* Leading on succession, development, and talent initiatives
* Driving employee experience and engagement
* Overseeing payroll operations and pension schemes
* Managing industrial relations and pay negotiations
* Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and compliance
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with at least 3 years at management level
* Strong knowledge of HR practices across both NI and ROI
* Trade Union negotiation experience is essential
* Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, agri-business, engineering, or similar
* Proven ability to work independently in a strategic yet hands-on role
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites weekly
