Regional Sales Manager, (Central and Southern Territories)
Position: Permanent, Full time, Remote
We are currently seeking an exceptional people manager with a proven track record in achieving sales success. As the Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing a team of skilled sales professionals and driving revenue growth within your assigned region.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Wholesale Sales Team, where you will be responsible for executing the wholesale sales strategy specifically within the Central and Southern region. This will involve achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, managing sales team deployment, and ensuring that all priority channel partners have effective account plans in place and executed.
As the primary negotiator for our key Buying Groups, you will develop annual joint trading plans in collaboration with Channel Campaign Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending monthly channel meetings, presenting regional updates, and sharing best practices. Furthermore, you will lead the quarterly full team sales meetings and regional team meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of channel partners and customers.
* Coach and develop the sales team effectively.
* Utilise strong negotiation skills to achieve better outcomes.
* Ask penetrating questions to identify and define the right problem.
* Leverage internal and external relationships to drive better results.
* Focus on coaching and continuous improvement mindset.
* Deliver against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
* Lead the Central and South Wholesale Sales Team.
* Exceed targets and drive growth.
Qualifications and Expectations:
