My client, based in a rural location near to Thame, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule service appointments.
2. Answer the telephone and monitor emails.
3. Ensure all paperwork is completed.
4. Issue quotes and raise invoices.
5. Liaise with accounts department regarding debtors.
6. Control and monitor projects.
7. Liaise closely with client customer care teams.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Understanding of Microsoft applications.
4. Previous experience in a construction company, housing association, or a service and repair background is ideal.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Salary is 25-32K depending on experience. Other benefits include (after qualifying period) a bonus scheme, company pension, and private healthcare. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Own transport is required due to the rural location. Free onsite parking.
