Audit Senior/Manager
About the Role:
As an Audit Senior/Manager you will lead and manage audit teams, oversee financial statement audits, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning and Execution:
1. Develop comprehensive audit plans, considering risk assessments and industry-specific regulations.
2. Lead and manage audit teams, delegating tasks effectively and providing clear guidance.
3. Perform detailed financial statement audits, including testing controls and substantive procedures.
2. Client Relationship Management:
1. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing proactive insights.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to explain complex audit findings and recommendations.
3. Understand client's business objectives and industry trends to tailor audit services accordingly.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
1. Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
2. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
4. Technical Expertise:
1. Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, auditing standards, and industry regulations.
2. Utilize advanced auditing techniques and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge to address evolving industry challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:

1. ACA OR ACCA Part or fully qualified
