* As an administrator within the recruitment team you are to assist the payroll manager in the effective and efficient processing of timesheets within our IT system; ensuring information and job times are accurate
* Your role will also be ensuring that all contractors are compliant in line with company, clients, and legal requirements
* You will ensure all systems and data is up to date and that you provide friendly and accessible and customer service to the highest standards and that promotes company values
We believe that having a competent and trustworthy team in place is essential to providing the superior level of service that our clients have come to expect from us. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and overall computer literacy are essential requirements for this position.
The training you will be getting
* Full training will be given leading to a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
* Full on-the-job training will be delivered
* Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider - Davidson Training UK Ltd
* You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you already do not hold the equivalent)
* All training is carried out within the workplace during working hours.
