1. General office duties and filing
2. Answering the telephone
3. Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
4. Resolve invoice and delivery queries
5. Process debit and credit notes
6. Run relevant reports
7. Bacs-Pay suppliers on a monthly basis
8. Email remittances
9. Open and maintain supplier accounts on purchase ledger
10. Liaise closely with the Office Manager
