Job Description
Primary Purpose
Work as part of the Facilities team as a Receptionist, covering the afternoon reception from 1.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, providing a professional and courteous greeting to all employees and guests at Centennial House. Support all departments in other administrative duties.
Key Accountabilities
1. Communication - Telephone.
2. Greet visitors, maintain professional image & building security.
3. Administration.
4. Post & Couriers.
5. Records - Attendance.
Knowledge & Skills Required
1. Educated to National 5 level or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role operating a switchboard with general administrative duties.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Awareness of all department functions and personnel in the building.
5. Strong administration and communication skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (on-the-job training can be provided).
