About the Role
You’ll be the key contact for a portfolio of valued customers, responsible for making sure their orders are managed smoothly from initial enquiry through to final delivery. You'll be hands-on in production planning, order scheduling, and component sourcing – helping to keep things running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing
* Act as a day-to-day contact for around 15 client accounts, providing excellent support and communication
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, Teams and in-person
* Raise and manage customer orders through internal systems (Gold Vision / Nulogy)
* Schedule and coordinate production jobs alongside our production team
* Source and order components and packaging materials to support production timelines
* Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth deliveries
* Book transport, update schedules, and handle logistics from start to finish
* Proactively solve problems and support our Compliance Manager on customer feedback
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
* Have strong experience in account handling, customer service or scheduling/planning
* Are confident communicating with a wide variety of people – from clients to colleagues to couriers
* Can juggle multiple priorities, stay organised, and work to tight deadlines
* Are proactive, practical and unafraid to ask questions or suggest improvements
* Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and can pick up new systems quickly
* Ideally come from a manufacturing, production or packaging background (not essential)
