About Our Client
Our client a highly successful and recognised business are currently looking for a Payroll Bureau Administrator to join the Payroll Bureau department in Woking, Surrey. Hybrid working available
Job Description
As the Payroll Bureau Administrator you will be responsible forKey responsibilities:This is a client focused payroll position that will offer payroll professionals varied and diverse opportunities to undertake an entire payroll process from start to finish for a portfolio of clients.Overall, they will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of annual, monthly, quarterly or weekly assigned payrolls
3. Accurate processing of client payrolls
4. Support the on-boarding process agreed with client and set up payrolls to the system
5. Implementation of new payrolls and procedures
6. Assist with training and supporting junior payroll administrators
7. Assist with the implementation and roll out of quality control checks and system enhancement
The Successful Applicant
8. Experience working within a Payroll Bureau is highly desirable
9. General payroll experience is required
10. CIPP technician, preferable but not essential. Practical experience will also be taken into account
11. Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases
12. Experience of with either STAR/Iris or PayCircle is preferred but not essential
13. Full knowledge of current legislation
14. Good understanding of BACS payments, time frames and the process
