About Edinburgh Family Support Partnership:
Edinburgh Family Support Partnership is a transformational collaboration between City of Edinburgh Children's Services, Barnardo's Scotland, Children 1st, Citadel, Safe Families, and Edinburgh Community Food. Our aim is to radically transform how Edinburgh Children's Services and partners deliver services to families within the city while improving their journey through the complex landscape of accessing family support.
Our multi-disciplinary teams will be community-based, in each of the 4 locality areas across the city. They will connect families with holistic, responsive, and flexible support while empowering them through a relational and strengths-based approach.
About the Role:
If you are passionate about supporting and empowering families when the support is needed, this is a great opportunity to influence how family support is delivered in Edinburgh. The team will have 3.5 FTE project workers, with one worker located within each of the 4 locality hubs across Edinburgh to ensure maximum reach to families.

About You:
Ideally, you will have experience working directly with children and young people in a similar setting. Experience in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism would be an advantage. You will hold (or be willing to work towards) a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or above (e.g., SVQ3 children and young people) plus an HNC in social services, required for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
