In this role, you will: Step into a vital position within our passionate and experienced team, where your expertise as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist will help transform lives. You will work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, while confidently managing your own varied and complex caseload—bringing creativity and clinical insight to every interaction. You will deliver a range of specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions that support recovery, independence, and social inclusion—whether that’s on the wards, in community settings, or through home visits. You will collaborate closely with other Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to design and implement a comprehensive, person-centred therapy programme for service users across our three acute wards. You'll be making a real difference, not only in individual lives but across the wider system of care, championing meaningful recovery and holistic support. What you’ll need—and be able to provide evidence for: A MSc/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy—your essential foundation for clinical excellence. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience using a range of standardised Occupational Therapy assessments to support effective, person-centred care. Demonstrable experience working in acute inpatient and/or community settings, specifically with individuals experiencing a mental health crisis—showcasing your resilience, empathy, and clinical judgement.
