Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our new, state of the art bodyshop in Milton Keynes. We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our dynamic team and ensure our commitment to high quality repairs is continued. About the Job As a Multiskilled Technician at Steer Automotive Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that damaged vehicles are repaired and restored to their pre-accident condition, adhering to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards. You will work a wide range of customer vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles. Your responsibilities will include: Repairing and replacing body components on damaged vehicles. Assessing the best methods for conducting repairs and using specialist body repair equipment. Supporting in panel, MET, and paint work as required. Ensuring all health and safety procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times. Providing cover in each department during times of absence. About You We are looking for a candidate who has: Proven experience as a multiskilled technician across all disciplines of automotive accident repair, including panel, MET and paint work. Experience and training in working on electric and hybrid vehicles. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to working to high standards. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to support various departments as needed.
