Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary:
Seeking two Desktop Support Engineers to provide onsite IT desk-side support for devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones) in a dynamic team environment. Candidates must be fluent native English speakers with short notice periods or immediate availability.
Key Qualifications:
* Language Requirement: Fluent native English speaker (oral and written).
* Experience: Proven track record in desk-side IT support and team collaboration.
* Technical Knowledge:
o IT Infrastructure, Change Management, and basic understanding of Network/Servers.
o Microsoft Office tools (installation, troubleshooting, configuration).
o Vendor service management experience.
* Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Provide IT operational support adhering to ITIL standards and Customer-specific processes.
* Monitor service delivery performance with a focus on Employee Experience.
* Execute IT changes, installations, moves, additions (IMACs) alongside the broader IT team.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for end-user devices.
* Travel to cluster sites as required.
* Collaborate with offshore/onshore IT teams and field service technicians for seamless support.
