Ensuring evidence-based practice and strong governance, you'll help guide us on the bleeding edge of new health data technology and processes. The role of a UAT/QAT Analyst, especially in a Sprint and Scrum environment, is vital in maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring stakeholders feel engaged. Their role provides a facilitated route for two-way communication and translation between business wants, through problem and outcome identification, matched to the user stories and tasks the developers use to build a technical system.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, structure, deliver, and problem solve independently or with consultation on a documented approach.
* Plan, deliver and follow up from a series of online and/or in-person Functional and User acceptance testing workshops as well as client-facing promotional/feedback sessions.
* Create and/or translate acceptance criteria into test scripts.
* Collaborate with delivery teams and determine the testability of functional and non-functional requirements.
* Use your domain and business knowledge.
* Take a business and operational view when analyzing the system under test.
Skills & Experience: You will have the following skills or proven experience:
Functional Testing:
* Design and execute test cases using standard testing techniques.
* Develop different business scenarios for a feature, working with others in the team.
Non-functional Testing:
* Show an awareness of non-functional testing techniques.
* Execute non-functional test scenarios and identify defects.
* Run non-functional tests others have written and know the processes to do so.
* Understand a range of standard non-functional testing techniques.
Technical breadth:
* Show an awareness of a range of tools and techniques for test automation.
* Demonstrate some technical attributes.
Test analysis:
* Identify simple patterns and trends.
* Investigate problems and opportunities in existing processes, and contribute to recommending solutions.
* Work with stakeholders to identify objectives and potential benefits.
