Position: Team Administrator
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £23,160 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8.00am to 6.00 pm (Week 1: 8.00am to 4.30pm & then Week 2: 9.00am to 5.30pm) Monday to Friday
Location: Ellesmere Port/Hybrid (1 x day being Office Based)
Main Purpose of Job
As a member of a high performing team, you will be responsible to complete complex data entry processing ensuring that all details are entered correctly.
You will ensure that all processing is completed efficiently and to work closely with internal teams and its service providers.
Specific Tasks
* Completing all areas of Registrations accurately and efficiently.
* Issuing bespoke communications accurately to customers as required.
* Responding to complex queries with detailed and accurate answers.
* Liaising with suppliers to negotiate the return of work within agreed service levels.
* Ensure that the task management system remains fully up to date at all times.
* Maintain all service level agreements set for your role by following the correct procedures.
* Keeping all logs updated for review in monthly management information packs.
* Flexible working approach providing support to other team members.
