As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the transformational opportunity of our market leading embedded finance product. This will encompass pulling all strands of the delivery together across technology, people, process, and proposition to combine into something we believe to be extremely market-disruptive for one of the largest companies in the world. Role responsibilities: Facilitate project management to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Support the development and standardisation of project stream processes. Coordinate the preparation of reports and materials to ensure effective communication and informed decision-making. Monitor performance and identify potential issues proactively, supporting risk and control measures. Support improvement initiatives within the change delivery model and implement enhancements to processes. Help design, implement, and monitor appropriate level governance processes. Key skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure DevOps Good working knowledge of project management software and tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure DevOps Experience in PMO or project management in agile and commercial environments. Expertise in project management, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of change lifecycle processes, including agile and traditional models. Solution focussed, with a ‘can do’ attitude Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactive problem-solving and organisational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information Ability to understand and contribute towards the wider objectives of the program High degree of professional ethics and integrity Sound commercial acumen and awareness to prevent risk or disputes So, why would you want to work here?
