RocketMill (now PMG) is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Portfolio Manager to lead our client portfolio. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering successful campaigns that drive exceptional results.
This role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Native, and Addressable Media. You will need to forecast and craft media plans that yield exceptional results for our clients, while growing their revenue with us. These may involve higher fees to secure more resources or cross-selling into other services.
You will work closely with our Paid Media Directors and supported by your team to deliver the best performance for our clients. Your team will analyze performance and deliver insightful reporting to clients, against forecasts and media strategies.
As a line-manager, you will develop your team professionally and support them in achieving their career ambitions through coaching, training, and providing opportunities for growth.

The salary for this position is estimated at £80,000 - £100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
* Experience in digital marketing account management, with previous accountability for annual management billings in excess of £100,000 and media spend exceeding £500,000.
* Active certificates for Google exams: AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, and Google Analytics.
* In-depth knowledge and experience in Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, VK, and Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Trade Desk).
* Ability to analyze campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics.
* A strong understanding of attribution models and guiding clients on what works best for their business.
* Experience supporting and helping junior members, including running classes or providing one-to-one support.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae and PivotTables.
Desirable Skills
* Experience presenting at industry events or articles published in trade press.
* Facebook Blueprint certification.
* Fluency in modern European languages (written and verbal).
