Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)

A diverse team of IT professionals at EMA Hub providing digital solutions, applications, infrastructure as well as first class support to end users across our Business. Our IT Programme team provides hardware and software to the UK H&G Business, full end to end lifecycle tracking of our assets as well as Project based support. Key responsibilities:
13. Update and maintain accurate information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
14. Proactively validate CMDB data for completeness and quality, identifying areas for improvement
15. Generate and deliver reports and lists, providing valuable insights
16. Collaborate with the colleagues of the IT Services Team to enhance the Configuration and Asset Management Database and improve data accuracy
17. Actively check and follow up on the ordered Assets versus the delivered Assets
18. Estimate and calculate Life Cycle Cost (LCC) or Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for assets/asset systems
19. Disposal and repair process with individual vendors, inclusive of extended warranties
20. Build Network base of Charities with DHL Foundation and DHL Delivering Help for Learners
21. Build relationships and communicate with all 3rd party suppliers and ensure timely forecasting
22. Cross functional assistance with BAU ordering process
23. All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.
Training you will undertake includes:
24. End-Point Assessment (EPA):Knowledge test, Portfolio based interview, Project presentation
25. Delivery Method: Online portfolio to update with learning and development, diarised virtual appointments with a dedicated Learning Coach, attendance to training sessions, workshops, masterclasses (online)
26. Additional training to take place to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in accordance with this Apprenticeship standard
Qualifications that you'll gain:
27. Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard

28. Flexibility with working hours may be required. We operate 24/7 and you may occasionally be asked to work outside of your normal working pattern

You’ll bring to this role:
31. GCSE (or equivalent UK Level 2 qualifications) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. Evidence of certificates must be provided
