I am looking for a talented and experienced Paid Search Manager to join a growing team and to take the lead in delivering outstanding paid search campaigns.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in driving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and staying at the forefront of industry developments to test and implement new tactics for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of large paid search campaigns across multiple networks.
2. Set up, implement, track, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple search engines and markets.
3. Provide cost estimates and ensure effective budget management.
4. Analyse PPC performance, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
5. Conduct detailed quarterly audits on accounts and ensure continuous performance improvement.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on strategy and maintain regular updates with internal stakeholders.
7. Develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges.
8. Lead client and sales calls, presenting detailed campaign roadmaps.
9. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and strategy development across UK and international markets.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. 3 years+ of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of paid search channels, product types, and data manipulation.
3. Excellent Excel skills, including data downloading, trending, formatting, and analysis.
4. Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
5. Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with internal teams and clients.
7. Passion for paid search, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and share knowledge with the wider team.
