We’re looking for a Production Support & Admin istrator to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly If you love the idea of being the backbone behind our operations – this could be the role for you. Think of it as your chance to be the engine that helps our trains (and our team) keep on track You’ll play a vital role in both technical production support and general admin, helping our team stay organised and ensuring our fleet runs like a well-oiled machine. From managing databases to greeting visitors, you'll have a hand in making sure everything runs to schedule. Can You See Yourself: Keeping Our Fleet in Top Shape: You’ll be ensuring our vehicles are ready for their next journey by updating fleet records, inputting component changes, and managing our database – including updates to the Wheelset History and Ravers National Database. Staying Organised: Archiving and filing vehicle and technical records with precision, ensuring everything is properly documented and archived once it’s 100% complete. Running the Reports that Matter: You’ll pull and manage Check and Mod reports, keeping track of progress and ensuring nothing falls off the rails. Supporting the Technical Team: Whether it’s assisting with document control, providing admin support, or helping keep everything on track, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the technical team has what they need. Providing Stellar Admin Support: From greeting visitors at reception to managing staff queries, uniform orders, and car park passes, you’ll be the friendly face that helps the wheels keep turning. Managing Travel and Uniforms: You’ll arrange business travel, book hotels, and make sure everyone has what they need – from uniforms to safety gear – to stay safe and look sharp. Handling Orders & Paperwork: You’ll take charge of purchase orders, stationery requests, and manage paperwork, ensuring all orders – from fuel cards to office supplies – are processed efficiently. Keeping Documents in Check: Uploading, archiving, and maintaining personnel records, making sure everything stays compliant and organised. Are You: Flexible?
