Due to ongoing expansion at Mainline Optical Connections, we are looking for a new Sales Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
2. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications:
1. Optical experience is preferred but not essential
2. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
3. Confident Telephone Manner
4. Good Computing Skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work well in a team environment
7. Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals (retail math)
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
10. Outbound Sales Calls training provided
Full time hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm
