This will commence at the decision for palliatative care / redirection of care, supporting through the babys death and to continue once the family has gone home. The post holder will provide guidance and support to nursing and medical staff when caring for families experiencing neonatal death. They will assist in the co-ordination of care given to ensure consistency of high care leading to a high quality seamless service.
