Finegreen are supporting a leading healthcare organisation in the appointment of a senior HR Operations professional.
A leadership position within the HR department, reporting directly to the Board and guiding them through a period of change and development, due to the organisation’s continued growth within their specialist sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of an internal HR and OD team with 10+ direct reports, the department includes
Recruitment, Operational HR, Learning and Development for the organisation;
Setting short, medium and long term objectives and aims within the internal team to ensure acknowledgement and potential development in specific areas.
Undertake a potential reset of associated KPIs and the deliverables to be achieved within this, ensuring proper reporting metrics are utilised;
Candidate Specification:
Operated at a level with significant exposure to Board level colleagues, ability to interact at that level as the most senior person with HR operations;
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with experience within healthcare sector;
Must have significant knowledge of TUPE, this is due to anticipated transition of potential services in the near future;
Excellent employee relations skills, with the ability to manage, develop and inspire others within the team.
