We are now looking to welcome an outstanding administrator to join our team.
You'll work with our established leadership and clinical team to oversee the financial and administrative systems in our home.
**Core Responsibilities:**
Work with the registered manager and leadership team to support on administrative duties.
Have oversight of the staffing rota and ensure effective planning.
Oversee enquiries from customers, relatives and suppliers.
Participate in the payroll process, and be the home's champion for IT systems used within the home.
Reconciliations.
Creating reports and running periodic reports at direction of leadership team.
**You will have: **
Experience of working in a care/nursing home environment or a regulatory setting.
Previous experience with payroll and reconciliations.
Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
