The Responsibilities include:
- Handling hire desk operations, processing orders, and coordinating schedules for equipment and personnel.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring resource availability and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Supporting occasional out-of-hours queries by carrying a support phone.
