Randstad is looking for an experienced and qualified SEN Teacher (QTS) to provide 1:1 teaching for a student in Bedford. This is a long-term role with the possibility of becoming permanent. Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the student's specific learning needs.
2. Create a safe and structured learning environment that promotes confidence and engagement.

Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of five years' experience teaching students with SEN needs.
2. Previous experience working 1:1 with students in a tailored learning setting.
3. A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
4. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and support teams.
