As a Sustainability and Energy Manager, you will be responsible for managing:
the energy-related elements of various design projects, as well as overseeing and managing a variety of energy tasks/projects. This includes:
1. EPC and LCEA
2. Energy modelling and low/zero carbon energy concepts (TAS/IES or other energy modelling software)
3. Passive or low energy design solutions
4. Design modelling and calculations
5. Energy strategies and statements for planning and As Built purposes
6. Liaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors
7. Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD/Revit Technicians
8. Performance and emission calculations
9. Overheating (Part O/TM52/TM59) calculations and reporting
10. TM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria
Must haves:
1. CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant
2. Level 5 LCEA EPC Non-domestic assessor
