We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team. We also have a Clerical Officer on the team.
As a Therapy Assistant, you will be required to assist our multidisciplinary team in the delivery of treatment of patients, working in their own homes or in residential settings. Support will be given by our experienced qualified staff.
An ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs is essential, and a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be desirable for this community role.

2. Taking responsibility for an active caseload under the direction of the qualified therapy staff. This will include the treatment of patients in their own homes, clinics, residential, and nursing care settings, working as a lone worker.
