They will also help in preparing materials and resources for lessons, supervising students during break times, and supporting students with special educational needs. Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, have previous experience working with Primary students, and demonstrate a passion for Teaching. Education: A Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification is required for this role. Experience: Previous experience working with Primary students is essential. Knowledge and Skills: Proactive attitude towards supporting learning Effective Behaviour Management Skills Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs Excellent Timekeeping skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Education or related fields would be advantageous. Working Conditions: The Teaching Assistant will work in a Primary school setting in Maidenhead, supporting teachers and students during school hours on a Part-Time basis.
