Our client is seeking an HR Advisor with a good understanding of HR policies to join their experienced and dynamic HR Team. This is a pivotal role in providing HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees. HR Advisor Responsibilities Handle complex cases - disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary Coach Line Managers to enhance their HR knowledge Support HR project - diversity & inclusion programs, policy updates and organisational change Offering advice on HR best practices, compliance and employment law Work alongside Learning & Development, Recruitment and Payroll team HR Advisor Experience Have previous HR experience gained in the UK Experience in dealing with grievances and disciplinaries Good understanding of UK HR policies HR Advisor Salary & Benefits Salary £29, 000pa doe - Mon to Fri 8am - 4.30pm - 12 month contract Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and two from home Lunch provided when in the office Close to public transport links Apply now for immediate consideration.
