o Work closely with household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
o Work alongside the Housekeeper to manage maintenance, cleaning, and service schedules for household needs.
4. Vehicle and Asset Management
o Manage the maintenance, insurance, and provisioning of all vehicles.
o Schedule repairs, services, and MOTs for all vehicle fleet.
o Manage vehicle insurance, liaising with brokers to negotiate the best terms.
o Handle toll systems (e.g., TFL and Dart Charge), insurance claims, and legal documentation (e.g., V5C).
o Oversee the sale, purchase, and registration of vehicles, including number plate changes.
5. Logistics and Team Support (iKART)
o Plan and coordinate logistics for Director’s son’s karting events across Europe, including travel, accommodation, motorhome movement and schedules.
o Liaise with team members to ensure diaries and plans are up to date.
6. Personal Support
