The Role
The receptionist role is vitally important, providing a first impression to the public. Impeccable presentation and customer service skills are paramount, as is the ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult clients, as may be required from time to time. This role challenges you to take the initiative and requires the ability to multitask, creating an excellent platform for you to take your organizational and administrative skills to the next level.
The Duties
* Greeting clientele at the reception area
* Management of incoming calls
* Handling office correspondence
* Lease preparation
* Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
The Candidate
To be successful in securing this role you will have the following attributes:
* Exceptional communication skills
* Totally customer-focused and genuinely want to help
* Outgoing, efficient, and friendly personality
* A 'Can Do' attitude and a willingness to learn
* Impeccable presentation with sound communication skills
* Great computer skills and be tech-savvy
* Some real estate experience favorable, or experience in a customer service-based and admin support role
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* The right to work in Australia
* Available to start in January 2025
* Another language would be advantageous
