You will perform complex financial analysis to interpret, explain and drive performance within a business unit, in a dynamic industry, competitive and economic context. As Finance Business Partner, you will perform complex financial analyses including trend analysis, financial modelling, provide cost visibility and ownership. You will report on key performance indicators to drive cost reductions across the business, thereby identifying risks, errors, problems, and improvement opportunities. About You We are keen to hear from experienced Finance Business Partners who are proactive, resilient and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You’ll be confident rolling up your sleeves to get stuck into the detail and improving processes, whilst equally being able to effectively summarise key data for our Senior Leadership Team. Ideally we are seeking a fully qualified Accountant, but equally, we welcome applications from people who are qualified by experience. Package This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Falmer or Durrington office and home.
