Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience Role Purpose: Our client isseeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to provide high-quality, efficient, and compliant support to their Office Managers and Financial Planners. This role is integral to ensuring an excellent client experience, delivering professional and timely customer service. What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include as a Financial Services Administrator: Client & Provider Liaison: Obtain provider information (LOAs) and relevant client-specific illustrations. Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics. Communicate with clients throughout the process. New Business Processing: Submit applications to providers (directly or via platforms). Track new business progress, ensuring compliance documentation is in place. Process investments, pensions (including transfers), protection, and occasional mortgage cases. Ongoing Client Support & Administration: Assist with research and prepare fund switch reports, including charges schedules. Process fund switches and monitor progress. Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client reviews. Organise review checklists and supporting documents for adviser meetings. Withdrawals & Instructions: Process client withdrawal requests, ensuring compliance and authentication. Maintain accurate client records on the back-office system. General Administration: Manage filing, scanning, photocopying, and answering phone calls. Ensure all administrative processes align with company policies and compliance standards. What is Needed to Be Considered For This Role: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an Independent Financial Advisory firm. Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection. Experience using financial planning systems and platforms. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration. Adaptability, dependability, and a proactive mindset. Strong ethical standards, demonstrating honesty and integrity.
